Within the offshore segment, we can provide qualified crew who comply with the requirements of STCW’95. The provision of such crew management services include:

• Selecting and engaging of crew, including payroll and pension arrangements, tax, insurances, helath insurances, social security contributions, and other mandatory dues related to their employment
• Ensure that the applicable requirements of the law of the Flag State in respect of manning levels, rank, qualification and certification of the crew
• Ensure that all members of the crew have passed a medical examination with a qualified doctor certifying that they are fit for duty
• Ensuring that the crew have a common working language and a command of the English language of a sufficient standard to enable them to perform their duties safely
• Arranging transportation of the crew, including repatriation
